The Great Debate: Which Bathroom Scheme Should I Choose?

Happy Friday! Thank goodness it is friday already, right? I am feeling super pumped...next week is Spring Break....Wahoo! no more waking up early to drop the kids off...I know I sound like a slacker mom, but my morning struggles are so real! Anyhow, I have a huge dilemma on my hands...I am so indecisive, it is crazy. I am in the mood to start decorating my guest bath also shared by my children and I was wondering which bathroom scheme should I go with?
My interior design teacher used to preach to us students how difficult it will be for us to design/decorate our own house and let me say, she was not joking. I can make choices for everyone else, but when it comes to me and what I like....Forget about it!
Choice A: Is very much grown up...Eclectic, more of my groove and guest friendly.
Rug // Wall Art // Jewelry boxes // Gold Flowers // Curtain

Choice B: Kid friendly, whimsical, and it will follow almost the same theme of My Little Girl's Room.
Alice in Wonderland // Spotted Paper // Wreath // Curtain

Note: I hate spending money...some of the items I already have, others I will purchase, and the rest I will DIY.--this goes for both inspiration boards---Please note, I do not have that kind of cheddar to be laying it down like that in the bathroom, there is no way I would spend XX amount on some of these items, this is just an inspiration board and I am pretty confident I can thrift some of these items or recreate them for way less than the asking price.
I really, really like both schemes....and my master bathroom (which I will share later in the month) is already decorated so none of these can go in my space. I know bum rush. I was inspired to create these vision boards as I was making over my own bath.

Oh, tough one! I love everything about the first option, but I also love the Alice in Wonderland print. And the green curtain, for sure!
ReplyDeleteI know...I have been racking my brain over this one for the past couple of days. I do not know why I do this to myself....LOL!
