I just wanted to say, "Thank You" to all who stopped by to check out my mini bedroom makeover reveal and for all the compliments I received on it.

Looking for a simple, inexpensive DIY? Look no further! This DIY literally cost me $0.89! If you are an avid DIYer you may already have most of the supplies at home.

If you are wondering what that orange thing is on the picture above...It is a terra cotta plate that you can buy at any craft store or home improvement store. Prices vary depending on size of plate chosen. You can find it in the garden department or where moss and fake flowers are displayed at a craft store. I used white primer and got too lazy to follow up with white paint but it is okay...It still works.

1. Spray paint piece with desired color (prime and paint)
2. LET IT CURE.
3. Go to work with a sharpie
4. Finish with lacquer to resist scratches.

Imperfection is perfection....Yes, this was free handed. If you do not feel comfortable at free-handing, Michael's sells tribal inspired stencils in different sizes.

Ba-Dom...the finished product displaying my jewelry.

Quick, simple, inexpensive, pretty, and serves a purpose! Gotta love a DIY that serves purpose!
This piece was created for my mini bedroom makeover and I am so happy to share it with you!
